DIET PLAN 1

Subah (Empty Stomach)

  • 1 glass garam paani + nimbu (optional)
  • Breakfast (9–10 AM)
  • Oats / Poha / Upma
  • 4–5 badam + 1 khajoor
  • Lunch (1–2 PM)
  • 1 bowl dal + 1 roti (multigrain ho to best)
  • Salad (cucumber + carrot)


Evening (5 PM)

  • 1 fruit (apple/papaya)

Dinner (7:30 – 8:30 PM)

  • Light dinner: 1 bowl soup / khichdi

  • 10 min brisk walk
  • Breakfast
  • Moong dal chilla / besan chilla
  • Green chutney
  • Lunch
  • 1 roti + green sabzi
  • 1 bowl curd

Evening Snack

  • Coconut water / buttermilk

Dinner

  • Grilled paneer / vegetable soup / salad

Dinner ke baad:

  • Warm water sip-sip

Subah

  • Breakfast
  • Fruit bowl (papaya + apple)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds water
  • Lunch
  • 1 roti + dal + mixed veg
  • Beetroot carrot salad

Evening

  • 1 cup Herbal Skin Glow Tea
  • 4 soaked almonds

Dinner

  • Moong dal soup / veg daliya
